Where do you work?
EC frequently works in North London, covering Barnet, Enfield, Hackney, Haringey, Camden, Islington. We also work in many parts of South Hertfordshire, but will always consider taking on work further afield.

Although many construction firms charge an initial consultation fee, Enfield Carpentry offers free estimates and advice to all their customers, with no obligation.
>Return to top Do you do insurance work?
We are happy to provide quotes and undertake insurance work. Due to the nature of insurance work, we request that the customer pays in full once the work is completed. The insurance payment then reimburses the customer´s expense.
>Return to top Will I have to pay in advance?
Rather than demanding payment in advance to cover the cost of materials, EC´s standard practice is to receive payment in full once the works are completed to the customer´s satisfaction.
>Return to top What´s your hourly fee?
Enfield Carpentry do not price work using an hourly fee, but price every job individually. Therefore, the customer knows before the work starts, how much it will cost when it is completed, regardless of how long the job takes.

We are registered for VAT, so the price you are quoted will include VAT.
>Return to top How soon can you start work?
We aim to provide a free estimate within a week. Once the work is agreed, wherever possible, we aim to start work within two weeks. Although during our busiest times this is not always possible, we will endeavour to be flexible and fit to our customers´ timescales.
